The Sydney Daily Telegraph reported 67-year-old Michael Anthony Taylor said he was denied an opportunity to change seats during the Dec. 28, 2015 flight, causing him to crouch, kneel, brace and stand for the flight from Sydney to Los Angeles.
Taylor claims his cramped position at his window seat during the long trek worsened his scoliosis, causing injuries to his upper and lower back along with neck bruising.
