Fentress County Sheriff Charles Cravens, 47, was charged with three counts of honest services fraud and one count of deprivation of rights under colour of law after bedding three inmates between July 2016 and February of this year.
The disgraced sheriff also admitted to having sex with a third inmate during an out-of-jail transport, News Channel 5 reported.
