Gunman targeted boy, 12, in brazen New York City sidewalk shooting: Report

According to the New York Daily News, multiple bullets struck a coat rack situated at the back of the shop. There were no injuries.

Cops are looking for the suspect seen in this video.

Moments later, the shooter retrieves a small handgun from his waistband before appearing to fire two shots through an open door.
